Pierre Short Rentals (pronounced ‘Pure’ Short Rentals) was established in November 2014. I keep my property listing small as to maintain a high level of professional service at all times by sourcing exclusive properties that are ‘lock-up-and-go’ style, clean, well stocked and with all the basics. All my properties are well run and maintained. 

Pierre Short Rentals offers property management, as well as short term property lets using Airbnb as the primary platform to advertise and source rentals from. I am available on call, most of the time, so you can relax and enjoy your holiday or business trip.

 

I can provide the following services for your stay at any of my property rentals:

  • Go through the inventory list and also check the list after the client has departed.
  • Arrange for a cleaning and laundry service after the client’s departure.
  • Assist the client should anything go wrong during their stay.
  • Sourcing of domestics, garden services and childcare for the client.
  • I will provide you with complete peace of mind so that you can relax and spend more time with your family and friends during the busy Cape Town tourist season.
  • We offer self-check-in options with lock-box facilities for guest checking in late.
  • Stay in contact with our guests during their stay to ensure their experience in Cape Town is as relaxing and stress-free as possible.
  • Assist wherever possible in the event of an emergency.
  • All properties have free parking, uncapped WI-FI and either full or minimum family package DSTV or satellite television.
  • Either air-conditioning units or fans are in place.
